Wednesday 8th March saw the annual No Smoking Day, with the Specialist Stop Smoking Service joining forces with the BME Stop Tobacco Project at the Idea Store in Whitechapel.
The Mayor of Tower Hamlets came out to support us and to have his carbon monoxide reading taken, and was pleased to see it was at a healthy level.
During the day 43 people registered their interest in the service, which is a great turnout. Hopefully this means 43 people have made the choice to become healthier and stop smoking!
